Het Platform Gassen in Containers (PGIC) heeft twee presentaties ontwikkeld. U kunt deze presentaties gebruiken om in uw organisatie uiteen te zetten wat de problematiek is rond gassen in containers. De tweede presentatie gaat over het PGIC.

Protocol 'Veilig werken met gassen in zeecontainers'
Klik hier voor het protocol. De bijbehorende tipkaarten worden periodiek bijgehouden en staan op de website van Gezond Transport. Op de website klikt u rechts op de "I" bij "meer info" voor de tipkaarten. Het persbericht over het protocol vindt u op onze nieuwspagina.
Meldpunt incidenten met gegaste containers
Bij ernstige gezondheidsklachten is het natuurlijk belangrijk dat u eerst een arts raadpleegt. Deze arts kan vervolgens voor informatie over symptomen en behandeling contact opnemen met het Nationaal Vergiftigingen Informatie Centrum (NVIC), 030-2748888. Het NVIC vraagt dan via deze arts of u mee wilt werken aan het onderzoek.

Action plan “ Safe handling of gasses in shipping containers”
The risk of "hazardous gases in shipping containers" is relevant to all companies that handle shipping containers, such as distributors, warehouses, wholesalers, transportation companies, importers, retailers and manufacturing companies. This includes both acts that fall within the internal business processes (manufacturing), and actions performed on behalf of third parties (service providers and logistics companies). This action plan focuses on employees of companies, involved in opening and unloading of shipping containers. This refers to steps the company. This means the company responsible and authorized to open and unload the container. This can occur at different points in the supply chain and is not necessarily the ultimate consignee.
